A Park For All Seasons

01 03 2017

We were commissioned by The High Line, a four-season public park built on an old elevated rail line in Manhattan, to create a full-page infographic for their biannual member's magazine. With a full spread to work with, we were tasked with visualizing the breadth of flowers and plants in bloom all throughout the year.

Working in a circular format to fit the space, we discovered a nice Fibonacci-like spiral starting to take shape by graphing the peak season of each plant on rings radiating out from the center.
